Our small business spotlight for the month of May is on one of our favorite local entrepreneurs Byron Chism, the creator of Bad Byron Butt Rub as well as many other great products.
He created Butt Rub in the Spring of 1997, shortly after moving from Texas to the Florida Panhandle. At the time, Byron had just graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was cooking professionally. Butt Rub was first sold at Cocoon's Fine Foods in Seagrove Beach, Florida on May 31, 1997.
Just in time for Spring Cleaning our small business spotlight for this month is Carpet Care Specialist and sister company Disaster Response Team. Both companies are locally owned and operated.
