Bad Byrons Butt Rub - Barbeque Seasoning - Manuel Chavez PhotographyOur small business spotlight for the month of May is on one of our favorite local entrepreneurs Byron Chism, the creator of Bad Byron Butt Rub as well as many other great products.

He created Butt Rub in the Spring of 1997, shortly after moving from Texas to the Florida Panhandle. At the time, Byron had just graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was cooking professionally. Butt Rub was first sold at Cocoon's Fine Foods in Seagrove Beach, Florida on May 31, 1997.

Creative Printing of Bay County, Inc. is proud to be celebrating 30 years of business in Panama City Florida. Owners, Steve and Sheila Ruff have enjoyed building relationships since 1982 with many wonderful clients and in the historic downtown district of Panama City and the surrounding areas. Creative Printing of Bay County Inc. invites the local community to celebrate their 30th anniversary on September 19, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at their location 1328 Harrison Ave. We will open our doors for individuals to tour the print shop, meeting the Creative Team as well as enjoy refreshments from our friends at Bad Byron’s Barbeque and Sugar Boogers Bakery.  Anniversary door prizes will be given out on the day of the celebration.

The celebration is not only for the 30 year milestone, but to celebrate the members of the community that have made Creative Printing of Bay County Inc. a success.  Sheila says, “We have made many friends over the years and have always enjoyed seeing all the projects go from a customer’s vision to hot off the press.”  This email address is being protected from spambots.
